Multicraft is geared up to provide high speed Internet in Rural India at affordable price
For Rural area connectivity, Multicraft has tied up with Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), set up by the Government of India under the Administrative Ministry of Communication & IT, Department of Telecommunications for the establishment, management and operation of National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN).
Multicraft aims to offer Digital connectivity to more than 2.5 Lac Gram Panchyats through BBNL fiber. Our mission is to facilitate proliferation of broadband services in rural areas so as to foster socio-economic development in line with the vision of ‘Digital India’ programme which has been launched by government of India with the vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.
CREATING VALUES
GDP Growth :
According to a study by the World Bank, every 10 percentage increase in broadband penetration provides a boost of 1.38 additional percentage points to GDP growth. It is higher than any other telecommunication service.
Business growth :
With the availability of internet service provider in rural areas, business will see tremendous growth. The connectivity will enhance and thus, many start-ups and small-scale businesses can reach potential customers directly. The pre-existing businesses will be given a boost as they understand trends and demands, while new endeavors could be made possible.
